mathbot Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on mathbot. By accessing the mathbot platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Key Policy Highlights
A plain-language summary of the most important terms. The full legal text follows below.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use mathbot, in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. A valid government-issued Philippine ID is required for verification. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and any balance frozen pending review.
Each player is permitted exactly one (1) mathbot account. Creating duplicate accounts, sharing accounts with other persons, or using another person's identity to register is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
mathbot operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All transactions including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the time of deposit. Withdrawals require identity verification and are subject to mathbot's current processing timelines.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by mathbot are subject to wagering requirements and time limits specified at the time of the offer. Attempting to abuse bonus systems — including placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements risk-free — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
mathbot provides deposit limits, session reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. Use of these tools is entirely the player's right and mathbot will enforce any self-exclusion request immediately. Players in distress are encouraged to visit our Responsible Gaming page.
Fraud, collusion, use of prohibited software, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited. mathbot reserves the right to immediately terminate any account and withhold balances pending investigation where any prohibited activity is reasonably suspected.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "You") and mathbot (the "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the mathbot website located at mathbot.bet and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.
By creating an account, accessing the mathbot platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the mathbot platform and close your account.
These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and mathbot with respect to the subject matter herein. mathbot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with notice provided through the platform.
To register and maintain an account on mathbot, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing participation in gambling and gaming activities.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of your access to mathbot.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list or any voluntary exclusion submitted to mathbot directly.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of mathbot, or an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
mathbot reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or Philippine passport). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by mathbot may result in account restriction or termination.
Each user is strictly permitted to hold only one (1) active account on mathbot. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your mathbot account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mathbot will never request your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel.
All actions taken within your mathbot account — including all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and changes to account settings — are deemed to have been authorised by you. mathbot shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must immediately:
- Change your account password via the account security settings;
- Enable two-factor authentication if not already active;
- Contact mathbot customer support via live chat to report the suspected breach.
mathbot will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access. However, mathbot reserves the right to refuse to reverse transactions that were completed prior to notification of the breach where the security failure was attributable to the account holder.
mathbot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following payment methods are currently supported: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Cryptocurrency deposits denominated in USDT TRC20 are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time or near-real time depending on the payment method selected. mathbot does not charge deposit fees on local Philippine payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once confirmed on the payment network.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to account verification requirements. First-time withdrawals require completion of identity verification with a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the mathbot Help Centre. mathbot reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of anti-money laundering checks required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per account per day. Current limits are published in the mathbot account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
mathbot does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from an account held in the same name as the registered mathbot account. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be returned, less any applicable processing fees, and the associated mathbot account may be suspended pending review.
mathbot may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional credits to registered players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all mathbot promotions:
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be automatically removed from accounts.
- Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Use of bonus funds on restricted games may result in the bonus being voided.
- Only one promotion may be active at a time per account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- mathbot reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
All bets and wagers placed on mathbot are final once confirmed. mathbot reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed in error, placed on an event affected by technical malfunction, or placed using odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error.
mathbot offers games of chance including slots, live casino table games, and crash games, as well as sports betting markets covering events including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, Premier League, and live sabong. All game outcomes and sports betting results are determined by certified random number generation systems or by the real-world outcomes of the relevant sporting events, as applicable.
In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, mathbot's decision regarding the resolution of the affected bet shall be final. mathbot will act in good faith in resolving such disputes and will consider available logs and records in reaching its determination.
Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game and betting market before placing wagers. Game rules are available within each game interface and in the mathbot Help Centre. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of any wager.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mathbot platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
- Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful;
- Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place bets on your behalf;
- Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
- Conducting transactions through the mathbot platform that are intended to launder money or obscure the origin of funds;
- Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or underpayment/overpayment bugs for financial gain;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the mathbot platform or its proprietary game content;
- Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.
mathbot employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with Philippine financial institutions and regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), in the investigation and reporting of suspicious activity. mathbot is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the AMLC under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended.

mathbot's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mathbot account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mathbot is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, power outages, or other technical failures outside its reasonable control that may affect your access to or use of the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection before placing wagers.
mathbot is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

Players who are self-excluded are urged not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion.
